They sleep in the main part of the house on the ground level

Please LOCK the Apartment doors whenever you leave the premises.

Please RESPECT the enjoyment of others staying at GEMS Seaside Lodge by being considerate of noise levels, particularly between 10pm and 8am.

Accidents can and do happen so please REPORT immediately any broken or damaged items/utilities to either our House-minders or Ray Sotutu (owner) +64278209403 and/or email info@GEMSseasidelodge.co.nz

Please do not cook curries or fish indoors as they leave longterm, unpleasant odours. You are welcome to use the BBQ outside.

The Treasure Studio on the ground floor is flat and more appropriate for guest with limited mobility. 

The Haven Apartment is up one flight of stairs and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility, or who are confined to a wheel chair

Yes, there are 2 car park spaces available for guests free of charge

In the interests of hygiene pets are not allowed inside GEMS Seaside Lodge facilities

No smoking indoors

To maintain our high standards all comments on your level of satisfaction are welcome. Your comments and complaints will be taken seriously to ensure continued improvement of service. Once you have paid your booking in full you will be emailed your unique Key Lock Box code

Bookings

  1. Click on the Bookings Tab on the GEMS Seaside Lodge website
  2. Choose your preferred dates to assess the availability of your preferred Apartment
  3. Click on the "Enquire" calendar dates for your preferred Apartment for the time frame you would like to book for
  4. Confirm how many adults and/or children you would like to book for
  5. Click on the blue bar "confirm rooms and dates"
  6. Login to SMARTres and follow instructions for payment. 

To secure your booking a 10% deposit is required immediately. Full payment is required 14 days before guest arrival.

Please note that we do not have credit card payment/EFTPOS facilities on the premises. All transactions must be completed before arrival.

No refunds will be given if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled Check In date. A full refund will be given if a booking is cancelled before this 14 day period Check In date.

Check in from 3.00pm onwards and Check out by 10.00am, unless pre-arranged

Room rates are listed in New Zealand dollars.
Room rates are subject to change according to conventional high and low seasons.
